1973
It was established in Mumbai, India as a family partnership company, B. P. Chemicals started dealing in Zinc Oxide and Various Additives for the Rubber Industry, founded by Shri Kanaiyalal Prabhudas Vaghani and Shri Bipinchandra Prabhudas Vaghani.
1974 - 1995
The customer base is experiencing significant expansion all across India as the second generation of family steps in to take part in the business. This new involvement is bringing fresh opportunities and perspectives that contribute to the overall growth.
2000
The first branch of B. P. Chemicals was launched in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to meet the rising demands of the growing West India market. At that time, it was the first and only Rubber Trading Company to achieve the ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001 certifications.
2001 - 2011
B. P. Chemicals has been designated as the distributor for a diverse range of multinational corporations. Among these prominent companies are LANXESS, EXXONMOBIL, KLJ Group, Fine Organics, 20 Microns, US Silica, and Akrochem Corp.
2012 - 2013
B. P. Chemicals successfully launched two new branch offices and warehouses located in the Delhi NCR region and Pune. This strategic expansion aims to expand operational capabilities and elevate the quality of service provided to the clients in these areas.
2015 - 2017
B. P. Chemicals had been appointed as an authorized distributor for Reliance Industries Ltd., Apcotex Industries, and Taiwan's Cosmos Chemicals, along with WILLING Chemicals from China. The company also moved to a bigger corporate office in Mumbai.
2014
Established a contemporary, self-owned warehouse facility in Bhiwandi, outfitted with cutting-edge technology and robust infrastructure. The facility will be specifically designed to effectively store and oversee a vast inventory of over 500 products.
2018 - 2024
Having built a solid foundation over the past three decades in the western and northern region of India, The company have strategically expanded operations to the southern and eastern region to distribute and provide comprehensive services to clients nationwide.
2025 Onwards
A complete presence across India, featuring 6 strategically located offices. Our extensive network serves over 2100 active clients, we proudly collaborate with more than 21 principals in our industry.
